1.

Snow fixes everything.

Okay, a bold statement I know. Now, there are a lot of you "snowists" as I like to say, about at this time of year. Complaining about train delays, the bruises from slipping in the snow, the motorway pile up which meant you were sitting in your car that's decided to refuse to heat up for 5 hours. But who can honestly say that they haven't looked out the window and thought; wow, that really is gorgeous. All the snow covered rooftops and trees, the whole neighbourhood covered with this absolutely perfect blanket of white loveliness. Seriously!?  For those few seconds, you  forget all the worries and thoughts about how you're going to get to work tomorrow, or how the snow has ruined your friday night plans. For that split second, you are 100% worry free.

I admit, I'm a snowlover through and through, so perhaps my opinion is clouded by my inner child screaming "SNOWW YAYYY!". Nonetheless, complaining about the snow isn;t going to make it any easier to deal with, nor will it make go away. I say we embrace our newfound British-Arctic relationship and make the most of it. Give the inner child a chance to play
